It’s recorded by the chaos computer club during a chaos-radio broadcast. They talk about the “how to design a website” and which types of handicap exist and how you can make whose lives easier. They also outline the new Web Content Accessibility Guidelines with the four basic principles Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust. They also created a interesting draft for making ajax-applications accessible for handicapped users.
